Spring Break, I tried to focus on Tracking a bit more.

160 columns by 120 rows = 19200 pixels

(wea) writes one pixel of data to offboard FPGA RAM.

 

Tracking should be done before reading the saving to memory.  Only thing really needed is the coordinates.

More Thought on Noise Elimination.
Morphological Operations : Erosion and Dialation.

If enough time more thought should go into pin hole mapping.  Which means to look for holes in enclosed areas of the skin.  Holes can Identify open mouths, eyes, and nostrils/ nose shadow.  This should be done after morphological processes.
